These terms govern the Econs Wire SMS Program. Econs Wire is a brand of Data Trust Advisors LLC, 7901 4th St N #28379, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. By opting in to text messages on this website, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Econs Wire SMS Program sends two categories of SMS/MMS messages. Each category has its own separate, optional opt-in checkbox on our subscription form:
- Account notification messages — subscription confirmations, preference changes, and program notices related to your Econs Wire subscription.
- Marketing and promotional messages — new article alerts, rate and deadline updates, financial tools, and offers for financial products and services. These are sent only if you check the separate, optional marketing opt-in.
Checking one box never enrolls you in the other category. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any Econs Wire products or services, of subscribing, or of using this website. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Econs Wire publishes general financial education. It is not a bank, lender, broker, insurer, or licensed financial advisor, and it is not affiliated with any government agency. Nothing sent through this program is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Message Frequency and Rates
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
3. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. One final confirmation message may be sent to confirm your opt-out. Replying STOP to a marketing message opts you out of marketing messages; you may opt out of all messages at any time. You can also request removal by emailing hello@econswire.com.
4. Help and Support
Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@econswire.com. Support for this program is email-only.
5. Privacy of Your Opt-In Data
SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Value Reactor, LLC is the in-house marketing and messaging arm of the Econs Wire program and operates Econs Wire's SMS delivery under the Econs Wire name. It is part of the same program — not an unaffiliated third party — and your opt-in consent applies to the Econs Wire program only. Your opt-in consent, phone number, and personal information are never sold, rented, leased, shared with, or reused by any other program or third party for independent marketing purposes.
6. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to the Program
We may update these SMS Terms or the program from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes to the messages you receive will be communicated within the program itself.
